WebCompTIA certs definitely have value in terms if getting an interview for an entry level cyber/IT job. Try to do both if you can. I've had 3 cyber interviews so far and the knowledge from Security+ and CCNA definitely helped. I might add try your best to get a cybersecurity internship. That will probably help you land a job more than the certs. WebCYSA+ is kind of intermediate in security while Security+ is the beginner cert for this field. I haven't taken Cyber Ops cert so I don't know what it's like exactly but in my experience with other Cisco certs it's going to be very vendor specific, only adhering to their tools and their implementation of those tools.
