Myself, I'd go for +6 Cunning instead, although crit% is 10, but damage is 30%: that's twice as much compared to both Galvanized and Pulse, as their crit damage is "just" 15% at +6.
WebAegis gets more shields but does not increase the cap. It is good for building up a quick base amount for the Galvanize crit bonus, and recovering shields lost to damage. Cunning is much better for small quick hits. Pulse is for Axe and Strikers to force crit on a big hit.
