WebNov 14, 2008 · This is a tough time to sell a timeshare because of the economy. Have you tried listing it on TUG for $1 and giving it away with the stipulation that the buyer pay all the transfer costs? I would try that before I'd pay someone to take it off my hands. WebHello, I have been reading this subject with interest. An elderly relative wants to rid herself of a timeshare and we have just been contacted (cold called) by givebacktimeshare.com, hence my interest in this company. Have to say that we are not happy about paying any money up-front.
