People should not stay in hospital for any longer than necessary to ensure that there are beds available for those who critically need them. WebHome-Start Oxford is an independent charity which, through volunteer home-visiting and groups, has been supporting local families since 1988. We provide non-judgmental, free support to families in the Oxford and West Oxfordshire area who have at least one child under the age of 5.
