WebThis introductory course will focus on the theme of “encounter,” which has been central to anthropology’s self-formation. We will focus on the encounter with the other, the colonial encounter and the encounter with the possibility of human extinction to explore how newness comes into the world and how it may be structured by prior violence. WebInclusive courses are identified for each student on an individual basis to meet the student's interests and career goals identified in their person-centered planning meetings.
