WebbKUDOS to Just Fly. I've been utilizing Just Fly for the last year to fly back & forth due to a family illness & I've never been disappointed. I've always been able to reach out to representatives & they've Always been helpful in relieving my concerns about my flights. Kudos to Just Fly. Webb15 mars 2016 · Overpriced for one way and unprofessional customer service. I had to cancel about a week before my trip due to last minute unexpected events. They refused to give me a refund and treated me very rudely. They would only give a voucher if I paid an additional 75 dollars! They are the worst agency. WebbAfter a long process, Bravofly finally accepted half board but not full board. So, we had to pay a second time the full board option directly to the hotel. On 1 September I wrote a letter to BravoNext / Chiasso, stating these facts and asking for a refund. I have just been refunded €108, without any further explanation. chained mules
