WebbThis is a known bug with Skyrim that's been around for years. Cobb's is the only fix for it I know of. It's the one where if you aim downwards over a cliff's edge, your arrow bounces off the ground because the origin point for arrows is near the PC's feet when crouching. WebbTry player.getav WeaponSpeedMult and see what value it gives you. If it's less than 1, some mod overwrote Ordinator's attack speed fix.
